Si bon is an exquisite boutique Japanese restaurant located in a historic converted military chapel and retaining the original handmade brick walls.

Designed and operated by the resort's architect Masaki Miyake, it is rated as one of the finest Japanese restaurants in the region, serving dishes known as "Kushikatsu", a Japanese delicacy in which high quality ingredients are skewered and deep fried. It is rare outside of Japan, and unique in Singapore.

THOUGH I FEEL SAKAE IS STILL THE BEST, BECUASE I DUN THINK SIBON OFFERS BUFFETS, AND IF THEY DO, ITS SURE TO BE SUPER EX, PLUS PLUS, OUR CHALET IS IN SILOSO BEACH! WHERE SAKAE IS :)

AND MOST OF US ARE FAMILIAR WITH SAKAE ANYWAY, SO WE'LL MOST LIKELY EAT AT SAKAE WITH MR CHEW ON WHICHEVER DAY HE COMES :)
