the venue has been decided,

costa sands sentosa

why?

because its the cheapest for the year end rates, compared to pasir ris, downtown east and changi

if we book early enuff, we can get the

year end promotion

which works out to be about

$160 per night

so for

3D/2N

, its gonna be about

$320 in all

hence each of u will have to pay about $18 if u want a bbq,but i wont recommend it, cuz we'l need someone to fan the fire, and dextre prob not gonna be here this time.

why 11th to 13th dec?
- there are pl taking sats from 6th onwards.
-prom is on 3rd, ppl prob sleeping off prom nite on 4th

some dates for consideration will be on 4th april and 11th april. both are fridays, and we meet with the junior class at abt 6-ish for steamboat dinner at around bugis.

a big thank you to all those who helped out :)
many hands make light work, i'm happy to say that we're finished painting BOTH banners, this could not have happened if not for the help from everyone

hello. for the games for funorama, we're down to either
1)the can pyramid (stack up cans and they use tennis balls to knock them down. with 8 cans at the base) or
2)the frisbee thing tt haoyu came up with (throwing the frisbee up such tt it is of a certain height and then must land on a certain area of the ground). ya.
for prizes....we were thinking of giving like ice popsicles to ppl who tried our game, like an encouragement la. but as for the actual prizes, we aren't too sure. cus the age range to cater to is v big, like young kids n like older ppl. so we cant like give like soft toys la...so ya.
please give some ideas as to wat the prizes would be. and pick which game u prefer. and for the time being...if u all drink can drinks...please wash n dry the cans so we can use them for the games if we do choose to do the can game.

open house came and went
(it was better and bigger this year, as compared to when i came last year, how do ur feel? )
for starters there was a beautifully printed coffee table book with pictures of acjc life in it. O.O
the goodie bag was quite good, a lot of acjc people asked for the bag.

for me, i sang in the viewing gallery from nine to three, tho i took 2.5 hours off in the middle to do guided tours, it was damn fun.i got to lead this grp of seniors who dressed up in their sec four uniforms, its quite a refreshing change to see ur seniors come back in their shrunken and tight uniforms, and try to get free goodie bags, lmao, i can hardly recognise them.
it was fun over all :)
saw lots of SAtwo-ians walking around the school having fun, thats really rad. :)
and so now open house is over..

recently restless IV 2007 came and went, for those blurr peeps out there who r still clueless, priscilla from SA2 danced her way to a smashing success that brought down the house! not forgetting our PAE member Lam too. some photos for keepsakes, if anyone else has photos, feel free to post it here too. :)
for those people who din come and r bitterly regretting it in their heart, NOT TO WORRY! there's a restless next year too, so grab hold of Lam and pris and give them ur pre-orders for next year! dun miss out the fun!

hi peeps, the tile painting session just passed, for those who stayed back, it was quite a huge task to pull off.what with the time limit(many had kidsread) and the lack of talent and ideas, we managed to pull it off before the night ended!
thank to all the people who helped!here are some interesting photos.haha, in the end, everyone left except me, hon yang and zhenting. we tried painting everyone's names on the tile but maybe its the nature of the (super)watery paint or my inadequate skills at manipulating the starchy paintbrush, all that amounted was a blobby mess, so the three of us drew some designs to fill up the space.
it was a pity tho, the original layout was really pretty, in a ladder shape, but alas, we cant be too artistic, confined to a boring rectangle shape.haha, had to try and squeeze what we've drawn into a rec.
anyways, zt tot of drawing a fist to show that sa2 is tough and cool, but he failed haha, so for the rest of the night,was obessed with painting fists. den we painted honyang's hand den make him punch the newspaper see how it turned out..din turn out as nice. thanks to them, or i'll be doing til quite late :)
yups, so i'll post the photos..haha, the last day with my long hair.. eh, random

Woosh definitely doesn't refer to a gentle breeze. the perfect word to show how fast school life has been passing by these days. tons of homework and lots of upcoming tests to study for. nevertheless, that's life.

HellO! just popped by to say a word or 2.
sad that many pple had to go.well..many pple are coming to join us..
nothing much to say really, but just wanna let you all know that..
in the next 1 n 3/4 years, we must be united as a class..
its' difficult.yea we all know. but nothing is impossible.
JC life is tougher than secondary sch life.
but if we all encourage each other and help each other,
sch would be like our 2nd home n we would greatly truely enjoy each others' presence,
when that happens i believe that our class will be the best of the best.
i am just saying all this. in hope that all those politics will nvr exist within this class.(lets' leave it till our working life)
WE ALL STRIVE TO BE THE BEST!
it's said that the standard of a group is the standard of the weakest player.
i hope that everyone will work for the benefit of the class and not individual needs.
well.we r one class! let's our great journey begin..!

Time passes really fast, and before we know it one term in acjc is gone. Soon some of us will be leaving for other JCs while the rest of us might be posted to different classes. Nevertheless we'll always be remembered as the fun-filled class of 1SA2 (PAE 2007).

I guess this march hols will really be one of the last few opportunities for us to gather together as a class. We'll be going to Sentosa on Tues, meeting at 1330hours. And on Wednesday to East Coast Park, meeting at Macs at 1300hours. Do be present for the class outings. There're 2 dates because some of us can't make it on one day or the other.

Oh ya, and maybe during the class outings we can find a way to use up all the remaining class funds ;) All the best SA2! jd~

Hi all! Presenting our all new clAss bLog for 1SA2. Please try to keep this blog alive by posting regularly. Especially to those who are good at creating templates, please help create a nice one for our blog :) If possible we can also upload our class photo onto the site. And if you have a personal blog, you might want to hyperlink it via your name found on the right column.

Oh ya, please do not post as anonymous, it'll be good if you can leave behind your nick or initials at the end of every post. More importantly, do not tell anyone else who's not in our class the password, or this blog will be gone before long.

Once every week or so i'll be updating you all on the funds left in your account, so please check and top up if you have a negative figure. It'll be ideal if the class treasury can always have at least $50 in it, meaning that you have a minimum of $2 in your account at all times.
